A collection of monochromatic prints with gold accents that comprise the complete 10 plates from the much sought-after portfolio, ‘Vaslav Nijinsky: An Artistic Interpretation of His Work in Black, White, and Gold’ by Mexican artist, Roberto Montenegro (1887-1968), originally published c.1913 by C.W. Beaumont & Co.
These are from an unknown edition from the second half of the 20th Century, but published during Montenegro’s lifetime – our research turned up a scant few hand-signed examples on identical paper stock.
