A vintage hanging bowl of stoneware glazed in a creamy off-white, decorated to the rim with sculptural birds, and suspended with four bronzed chains with verdigris patination. Can be used as a suspended fruit bowl, to complete a vintage ‘rustic’ kitchen look, or as a jardinière – especially for trailing plants. Made in France in the 1980s or thereabouts.
