A very large and unusual pendant lamp with large opal white glass shade with a dented / concave underside and a long cylindrical chrome-plated gallery shade-holder. The lamp was made by Glashütte Limburg, Germany, in the 1970s.
 
The lamp has been dismantled, cleaned and rewired with a generous length of premium Italian 3-core cable with a vintage-style bright blue Rayon braid for a splash of colour. The top of the lamp has an adjustable nut that can shift the lamp's centre of gravity to ensure it hangs straight.
 
It accepts an E27 Edison Screw bulb.
