An unusual abstract table lamp, model 1046, with a claw-like design, glazed in a striking blue-green over a dark brown ground. It has no designer mark to the base, but was almost certainly designed by Ejnar Johansen in the late 1950s. It was produced by Søholm Stentøj, Denmark.

The lamp has been rewired with a brand new Italian-made switched E27 bulb-holder, and a generous length of premium Italian double-insulted two core cable with a vintage style white Rayon braid.

The lamp is fully hand-signed to the base, 'Søholm - Danmark - Stentøj'.
