A scarce 'Diana' glass pendant lamp created in 1952 by Bauhaus designer, Wilhelm Wagenfeld, for the German glass and lighting company Peill & Putzler.

The shade, of blown clear glass has been flashed in a thin casing of yellow glass and selectively sandblasted back to clear, leaving just thin vertical lines of the yellow and the clear sections with a satinated finish. The clear sections have been further worked with thin vertical cut lines.

The lamp accepts a single E27 Edison Screw bulb.
