A large mid-century wall-hanging cross made of beech, with a hand-carved basswood Jesus figure and 'INRI' plaque. Carved in Germany, in the 1950s or 1960s. The carving of the corpus is very well-observed, with a subtle Brutlist styling and a lot of character to the face.
