A large original vintage elevation drawing for a proposed cafe (unrealised) on Poole's famous Sandbanks Beach, with the chalets visible on the South East elevation. The elevation is dated 1961, and was executed in a typical, clean mid-century style. Whilst a technical drawing, the it's very visual and graphic, and would look great framed.
The architect for the unrealised project was Geoffrey Hopkinson, who also designed Poole's Arndale Centre.
The plan was draughted by Douglas Black, from whose estate this was purchased.
