A large original vintage site plan for Poole's Turlin Moor development in the early 1960s, with hand-coloured elements. Whilst a technical drawing, the plan is very visual and graphic, and would look great framed.

The architect for the project was Geoffrey Hopkinson, who also designed Poole's Arndale Centre.

The plan was draughted by Douglas Black, from whose estate this was purchased.
