A very large and weighty pendant lamp from the 1970s, made by German lighting firm, Doria. The blown glass shade is decorated with random applied strapping all around, and has a distinctive cloudy-crackle finish that diffuses the light when in use. The lamp has been rewired with a generous length of premium Italian cable with a mottled grey rayon braid. The cable has been reinforced with a length of thin steel rope that's been laboriously woven into the twisted cable - this will require a hook within or behind your ceiling rose to support the weight of the lamp. It accepts an E27 Edison screw bulb.
