A vintage table lamp base of twisted form made of heavy mouth-blown cased glass, with a rich, dark emerald / forest green core and a thick outer layer of clear. It was produced in the late 1960s or thereabouts by Flygsfors Glasbruk, Sweden.
The lamp has been dismantled, cleaned and rewired, with a new British-made solid brass switched lampholder and a good length of new 3-core twisted cable with a period old-gold silk braid, and a 3-pin UK plug.
The lamp takes a single B22 bayonet cap bulb.
The lamp is signed ‘Flygsfors’ to the base.
