A small vintage mallet-shaped pottery table lamp decorated all around with a bold and unfussy floral design. It was made in the early 1970s or thereabouts by British pottery firm, Surrey Ceramics.
The lamp has been dismantled, cleaned, and rewired to bring it up to modern safety standards. It has a new British-made chromed brass lamp-holder with safety switch function, and a generous length of premium Italian 3-core double-insulated cable with a mottled grey linen sheath that complements the age of the lamp.
The lamp accepts a single B22 bayonet bulb. It comes fitted with a UK 3-pin plug. International buyers should be able to readily and inexpensively source plug adaptors for their local sockets.
