A small, but stylish, mid-century table lamp with a bowling-pin shaped body of lustrous turned hardwood, possibly teak or utile, supported by three brass legs. It was made in the UK in the 1950s or thereabouts.
The lamp has been dismantled, cleaned, the timber oiled and waxed to a soft sheen, and rewired with a brand new British-made solid brass switched B22 bayonet cap bulb-holder and a generous length of premium Italian double insulated 3-core cable with a period style mottled grey braided linen sheath. UK customers will received the lamp with a standard 3 pin plug, ready to use.

Condition
Some tarnishing to the brass, as you’d expect for its age, and a few very minor knocks to the timber body. Generally, in excellent condition.
