A tall, slender table lamp of cased glass; a core of smokey-grey and a clear outer layer, topped with a brass cap and switched lamp-holder. Made in the 1990s by the Giuliano Tosi glassworks on the island of Murano, Italy.

The lamp has been rewired with a generous length of vintage-style twisted cable with an ‘old gold’ braided sheath, and is wired with a 3-pin UK plug. It accepts a single E27 Edison screw bulb. 

The tall and delicate nature of the lamp means it would benefit from a smaller, narrower ‘candle’ shade to prevent it being top-heavy.
